ALL JAMES CLARKE LONDON PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED WITH A SIGNED FOR UPON DELIVERY SERVICE DUE TO SECURITY REASONS. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO BE PRESENT DURING DELIVERY, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REARRANGE/COLLECT YOUR PARCEL FROM A LOCAL DESIGNATED PARCEL DELIVERY DEPOT.

EAU DE PARFUM DELIVERY
At present we only deliver EAU DE PARFUM to the UK mainland, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of White, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. We regret that we are not able to deliver at any PO Box addresses.
We use a signed for delivery service for all our deliveries. All our delivery and packaging charges are listed in the individual item listings within our online boutique during checkout. Please select the location specific option for your delivery address.
The customer must sign for all deliveries upon receipt. Our courier service will attempt to deliver once. After this it is the customer's responsibility to rearrange delivery or organise collection from a local depot.

Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipts of the goods, provided they are in their original unopened, unused and undamaged condition including all outer packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. Fresh flower products are excluded from our return policy. All our fresh flower products are non returnable and non refundable.

Variations between our products
Please be aware that our product colour and texture may vary occasionally and naturally. This is part of our hand made manufacturing process and the nature of the raw plant ingredients we use.
Skin sensitivity
Sensitivities and mild reactions are very rare but they can occur. This is why we list all the ingredients in all our products. If you know that you are allergic to any of the ingredients, it is your responsibility to check this information before making a purchase.
We recommend patch testing all products on your skin
If you are concerned about the sensitivity of your skin, then please try one of our mini sizes first (Available soon).
Sending A Return
We hope you will be delighted with your products. In the unlikely event of your product arriving in a damaged state, please notify us via email immediately.
Before returning an item, please email us with the following information:
1) Your customer order number.
2) Goods which are being returned.
3) The reason/s for returning.
Once you have received confirmation from James Clarke London, please return the product/s via RECORDED DELIVERY to the return address which will be in the correspondence before returning.
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. In addition to our returns policy you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
